Nanci Hawes founded and operated the original school in December of 1991 until May of 2000 at the NE corner of Midway and Alpha Roads in Dallas, Texas.
The school was acquired by Dearborn Financial Corporation in May of 2000 and renamed Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.
In the year 2003 Nanci was no longer associated or affiliated with her original school Nanci Hawes Real Estate School or subsequently Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School.
In October of 2005 Nanci opened Legends Real Estate School conveniently located at the same NE corner of Midway and Alpha Roads in Dallas, Texas.
In 2012 Nanci retired and in 2017 passed away.
